Booking a call
Calls are booked through the scheduling and client management system operated for Christopher Gandy’s practice. What you enter goes into that system and is handled under this policy. The software vendor that supplies the system stores and processes the information on our instructions only, and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes.

Christopher Gandy is a registered representative. Information is kept for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and longer where recordkeeping rules that apply to a registered representative require it. Those requirements may exceed any deletion request you make.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through this website.
